What You Will Do
Take your dried flowers and grind them into a rough blend. This does not need to be perfect. On the surface where you will be working the spell, place down your mirror, and your candle stick on top, and sprinkle some of this mixture. Once this is completed, put your flower blend aside for a moment. Next to your candle, place the rose and clear quartz, also on the mirror.
Taking your oil, you will then anoint your candle. Start by rubbing the oil from the top to the middle of the candle, and then from bottom to middle – this motion encourages amplifies your invitation of something new into your life. Be sure to clearly state your intention and focus on it while anointing your candle. After, take small handfuls of your flower blend and press it into the sides of your candle to create a coat of petals.
Take your parchment and writing implement and write down the name of the one you wish to attract. Make sure the piece of parchment is small. Following this, light your candle and then place your piece of parchment in the flame. Once it is lit, place it upon the mirror, and say aloud the incantation three times as it burns.
Leave the candle to burn till the end or until it blows out of its own accord. Take the ash of the parchment, the remaining petals upon the mirror, and bury them in the ground in your front yard. Place your rose and clear quartz on your altar.
